There are so many options to choose from that it may be difficult sometimes to decide which ones can’t be missed. Here are the best Disney World attractions ranked by park.
Which attractions should you aim for? Which could you leave for some other time in case you can’t (and probably won’t) tackle them all in one day? This post contains the best Disney World attractions ranked.
We present you a top 5 park by park. This ranking is not just my opinion, but was actually a (heated) family debate and included some online research. So, although I may not agree with some of the best here, they are the ones you can’t miss. However, I will let you know when I do not agree with the ranking status.
Disney World Attractions Ranked
Magic Kingdom
- Space Mountain
- Big Thunder Mountain
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Haunted Mansion
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
So, where’s Peter Pan? Well, I would place it on number 6. This ride is awesome, but when it comes to classic rides, I will have to go with Haunted Mansion or Pirates of The Caribbean. My choice was based on wait times vs. experience. If you have to wait in line 90 minutes for Peter Pan, you may not find it so great. The other two tend to have lower wait times, and if you do wait for a while you will still be in awe of the animatronics and special effects.

Epcot
- The Seas With Nemo and Friends
- Spaceship Earth
- Frozen Ever After
- Soarin’
- Test Track
OK, this one was super easy. Epcot has so many things to do and so many dining spots. However, when it comes to rides, the options are limited. We could debate on the top 3, depending on thrill preferences. But these five are the absolute best.
Animal Kingdom
- Na’Vi River Journey
- Kali River Rapids
- Kilimanjaro Safaris
- Expedition Everest
- Avatar Flight of Passage
This one was a bit more difficult. I would just like to add that everyone should attend Festival of The Lion King at least once because this is basically a Broadway show at no extra charge and its acrobats are amazing.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
- Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
- Slinky Dog Dash
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
- Star Wars: Rise of The Resistance
This was the most difficult ranking of them all. In DHS, I enjoy every single ride, even Alien Swirling Saucers. I just have two disclaimers for you:
- If your group has a little one, please visit Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy. This show is great, and you may walk right by it without even seeing it.
- It hurts my soul to leave out of the ranking For the First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration. A bit dramatic, I know, but this is one of my favorite shows ever and I laugh out loud every time I watch it.
