Magical Day Tips shares tips for your theme park plans all around the world. This time, I will get a bit far from Orlando to share the best Disneyland Paris attractions.
If you travel to Paris, you should know that it’s possible to visit this park in less than one day. You just have to know which are the must-see attractions there.
So here I am, providing that information: this post is all about the best Disneyland Paris attractions.
Best Disneyland Paris Attractions
Disneyland Paris Resort: The Basics
The resort has two parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. Disneyland is the park of the castle, a Magic Kingdom replica with a French touch. Walt Disney Studios Park is the equivalent of Hollywood Studios or California Adventure.
The resort also has hotel options and Disney Village, a dining and shopping center. The area is far from the center of Paris but can be reached via the RER train, which has stops throughout the city. From Paris city center, it will take you an hour to get there.
Disneyland Paris Attractions
This time I’m not going to rank the attractions, this is just a recommendation of unique and themed rides you will love.
Phantom Manor: this version of the Haunted Mansion is different from the original at first glance. If you’ve been reading Magical Day Tips for a while, you should know by now that I am a hardcore Haunted Mansion fan, and this will be no exception. I didn’t find a photo of the attraction, so this time, I’ll photobomb the post.
Indiana Jones & The Temple of Peril: This is a great introductory roller coaster option for kids. Unlike its California version, this one is outdoors. It has a lot of not-so-sharp turns and it’s super fun.
Blanche-Neige et Les Sept Nains: this one is a dark ride that tells the classic story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It usually has a very short line. However, I do not recommend it for small children, because even if it does not have a height restriction, it can be scary for them.
Alice’s Curious Labyrinth: This is a walking tour of Alice’s maze. It’s full of colors and heavily themed. You will definitely love it.
Disneyland Railroad: This steam train runs all over the park, it has unbeatable views and saves you from walking several miles. It is ideal to enjoy this during the afternoon when you are already a bit tired and want to get from one end of the park to the other while resting a bit.
Disneyland Paris also has some other attractions that exist in other parks but that are always fun:
- Big Thunder Mountain
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Star Tours
